Your guess is as good as mine. Not really my wheelhouse. I always felt Foley’s bid represented the rational range (low end), but then CLGX comes out with the $80+ bids disclosure.
The big risk is the initial bids are $80+ but the bidders start walking down the offer once they start getting access to the books and find flags during due diligence (see Instructure).
